WeddingWire Frangipani Photography and Film Reviews, Best Wedding Photographers in Bahamas - 2015 Couples' Choice Award Winner

Susan Davis - Lead photographer & photo editor I am an American Minnesota farm girl who grew up learning to work hard and to take delight in it. I learned to love people and to revel in all things beautiful.

Then I met a handsome Bahamian kitesurfer who married me and whisked me off to the Islands of The Bahamas to enjoy the sparkling aqua blue water and much warmer climate.

Photography has been my occupation since 2000. I shoot weddings, family and children's portraits, sports, events and landscapes. In photography I have found the adage, "if you love your job, you'll never have to work a day in your life" to be abundantly true.

You may be wondering what Frangipani ( fran-juh-pan-ee) means. It is the name of the pretty flower in our logo. My husband first introduced me to this flower while we were dating. I seriously thought they were the happiest looking flowers I had ever seen. They are also known as plumeria and are found in other tropical regions. Now that I live in The Bahamas I get to enjoy their fragrance every day.

Thanks for visiting my site. I hope you enjoy looking at the photos I have displayed here. Please contact me if you would like to talk about having me capture the memories of your life.

Brett - Cameraman, videographer & editorHave Camera, Will TravelThis is how most brides see me. Filming the action of their wedding from the sidelines. I am an Island boy that grew up in Nassau, Bahamas and spent my free time in the Family Islands, boating and fishing.  As a teen I spent my summers volunteering at a children's camp in Minnesota, where I worked on the weekly camp video.  Eventually my love of video consumed all my free time and become less of a hobby and more of a passion.  At the same time my love for one of the camp counselors drove me to marry, her name was Susan, the lovely photographer you see above.

In Susan I found more than just my soulmate.  She inspired me to pursue my passion in film and enabled me to refine my skills.  Her eye in photography and keen sense of style heavily influenced my video work.

Our skill sets, like our personalities, complement one another wonderfully, both in the creative fields of photography and video as well as in married life.
